Now this is a color I have not worked with in the past, but I chose to paint the interior of this gourd fuchsia to pick up the color in the handblown glass embellishment. Then I added the feathers. The gourd bowl was cut on a slant so it seems to lean forward a little. There is a little woven base on the bottom.
